Applying to the affiliate network for the place I work. Conflict of interest?

I work at a Caesar's Entertainment property. I just signed up through Impact Radius for their affiliate network. If accepted, would working with them be a conflict of interest at all? Thanks!

If you didn't sign a non-compete then no, there will be no problem and you can do w/e the fuck you want.

I agree that without an expressed non-compete it shouldn't be grounds for termination.

But depending upon what dept. you work in (particularly marketing) it could be considered unethical.

I know Caesar's has a lot of property around the world but if you're in Nevada it's a right to work state. Even without a no compete I believe they can still can your ass for whatever reason they want.
