im new to PPC and noticed for landing pages, there are mainly one page landing pages that will have some reviews, and maybe a comparison, or just rewording the offer, and thats about it.

what about the approach of creating a whole mini-site, where you're trying to win over the user's credibility for your site? for instance, creating many many articles, with dates further back as, if its an active blog, along with contact us, privacy forms, faq's, reviews, forums, etc? or is this too much investment?

i guess it would make sense to do this only if you've found a solid niche and plan on staying in it for a while, to want to create an actual mini-site huh?

right now im just leaning towards what the competition and majority of ppl do, creating the one page simple landing page. i figured this would be much easier to test and tweak too - thoughts?

I'm new to doing PPC for CPA offers, but I'd agree that if you were going to put in the effort to create an entire mini site or real blog for an offer, number one, you better make sure it's a good offer that's going to be around for a while. Number 2, I'd be more apt to do some kick ass SEO and get some long term organic traffic from it. Like I said, I'm still green to this part of the game, but these are my thoughts on it.
