I have created single pages based on high paying keywords. Put a nice 800x100 banner on top 3 adsense ads. I have been using MSN + 7search and all has worked well. Signed up with yahoo and they rejected the pages due to content.

What do they expect for PPC? I have followed & read the guidelines:
* Detailed (comprehensive) product or service information or reviews
* Detailed reference information about the subject implied by the keyword
* Comparative information spanning multiple dimensions, such as pricing, features and availability

Will google give me the same problems if I try and submit pages like that or do I have to create entire websites?

Everyone in there right mind will deny you. Go to Blogger: Create your Blog Now -- FREE make 4 posts that are meaningful unscraped stuff about anything. Submit it to google and wait 24 hours. Blogger is owned by google =)

You said you've already made a page with adsense ads. I don't understand. Once you're in... you're in... You don't need to resubmit. Just make a nice page for yahoo and submit it to them too. Not some spammy looking crap. Product some semi professional page.

I don't get what you mean about getting rejected? I didn't have a site other than a home page w/ one word on it and I still got accepted by adsense...

I did have another page that had good content on it, but I didn't even send that one in as my example.

I think he's saying yahoo rejected his ad. He wants to buy ppc traffic on yahoo, not use yahoo ads on his page. From what I've heard, it's easier to get ads going on adwords than using yahoo, but if someone manually checks your ad, it may get disallowed.

If you are just talking about yahoo rejecting your keywords/ads, then like someone said get used to it. Just submit again tomorrow and it might work.

I find Yahoo's traffic converts better than Google's. But it's just not worth it to me with their screwed up editorial process. It should be no wonder why Google is whippin Yahoo up left and right. They deleted over 90% of my keywords just because they didn't like how I was getting my CPA payout on my landing page.

Now MSN adcenter is a real gem. If they just had the traffic volume of Yahoo they would put up a good fight with Google.

I am using yahoo search network for PPC traffic. I want to send them to my MFA pages. MSN has always worked fine and I havent tried yahoo and google yet. I just submitted my pages to yahoo and they reject it saying there isnt enough content. It was an article (dup of course) of about 750 words. A widebanner on top and wideskyscrapper on the left and a 336x280 in the middle using div. With no other outbound links. Are they expecting me to make entire sites? What will they do when I promote aff pages through them?

try submitting again. One day they will accept all your shit, and other days they won't accept anything.
