Arbi or Blog?

Ok guys I was looking through some domain purchases I made a while back and I found a nice one that I had bought from a young guy that at the time I thought would make a nice blog, but since my actual expertise in SEO is still in it's earlier stages, should I go ahead and make a blog and just like to some of the articles on other blogs that I like? or should I create an arbi site on seo for newbs?

oh almost forgot the domain is StartingSEO.com

There are too many "seo for newbs" blogs already. I'm not saying don't do it, but make damn sure you can stand out. There is a ton of mediocre crap out there.

Thanks for the input illkity, but it seems most of those blogs were started but then later never updated, I was planning on having something that would be an actual continual product that is updated regularly and not just a splog or a get-it-ranked-and-run blog.
