Anyone ever try setting up an offer to pop up when someone either clicks the back button or closes the browser tab on an arbi page?

Say I'm doing a debt consolidation arbi campaign. If they don't click on the adsense, is there anything stopping me from doing a pop up on exit with a relevant offer to try and get some extra conversions?

Anyone try this before? Any reason why it can't or shouldn't be done?

I'm not sure about the other companies, but this is against the Adwords TOS.
 
Eh, I figured there was a reason I hadn't heard of anyone trying this. Oh well. Thanks for the heads up.
