arbitrage site structure

I'm new and decided to try with arbitrage, I already started creating some content but I have some doubts
do you usually use a single page on the domain you use for arbitrage? so the user comes and can't click anywhere else?
if not, how many pages do you usually put in an arbi site? is it worth to use wordpress to be able to add content fast later or I'd better create single html pages? (design and coding is not a problem)

it sounds odd having the same domain for such different stuff...or should I just not care about this since all the visitors will come from paid clicks and maybe won't notice the URL?
