Are Acai Ads Being Manually Reviewed by Google Eds?

Has anyone seen a delay in getting Acai-related ads approved by Google? Maybe it's this one set of keywords or this specific ad group, but I'm just asking if anyone else has had seen anything similar. Maybe they're requiring an editorial review for some reason?

been like this since before xmas for me, sometimes it can take days .. but i've never had 1 disapproved and i err push the limits with their TOS

Acai ads usually get preferred treatment by Google.

search is cool. i ran some stuff on content too but they just shut the impressions off after a few days (manual review). accounts were getting banned for taking the piss. i won't be more specific and out exactly why.
