Are Affiliates In Romania Making Money?

I just got an email for an acai offer and the fine print said they were from Romania. Out of curiosity, how does someone from Romania get my email address? Are they really located in Romania or do they just say that to discourage someone from sending a letter all the way over there to unsubscribe? Are there alot of affiliates in Eastern Europe?
I would imagine that if you live in Eastern Europe and you're making dollars or Euros you would be ballin' out of control.
 


Yes, we have internets. My pentium III is running windows Me flawlessly, and my 56k takes only 3 minutes to load the "new posts" from wf. Facebook is kinda of a problem cause it requires flash for those graph thingies, but I manage.

That was after communism. You know, the time when hollywood movies had bad Russians and good americans. Now the bad guys are the chinese, and no, the minimum wage is not 50$ anymore.
Also, Romania has hackers that would make you weep by comparison.

You're asking that just because you're a Romanian and you can't make any money online yourself.
 
No but seriously do to act 15443 in the Romanian law Internet access is only for government use. So obviously they just put that there to trick you.
