Depends what search engine you are running with. Also, many networks have their own redirect URLs which differ from the final destination address.

You can direct link pretty easily with the Google content network provided there is not an immediate redirect
 
Well, you've got to hand it to the guy that a disclaimer regarding the intelligence level of his posts is right there in his username.

OP - do some research on Quality Score. LP's are important in some cases, others you can get away without having one.
