Are people THIS stupid???

Google takes work-at-home scammers using its logo to court - Dec. 8, 2009

I see another one of those farticles running right within this article. I would have imagined everybody turned off all Google offer by now.
Google cant get everyone, and well there is alot of money with google biz ops. I still have about 4 google biz op advertisers still going strong. but i agree its only a matter of time. It seem they are singling out a few advertisers and a handful of domains that use google in the url. I think this maybe the beginning of the end of google biz ops (the advertisers, not the affiliates), but hey, tomorrow it will be make cash with yahoo....:338:

i dont get it.... my guess is they are in other countries out of jurisdiction and they truly don't give a fuk?

You can easily still promote G offers without pissing all over their trademarks and stay within FTC guidelines. Most of the Adsonar/Pulse inventory is compliant (the pages that haven't swapped out their compliant pages for non-compliant) even though they're shady as fuck.

Yahoo is known to be even more vehement in their trademark protection than even Google. If you recall over a year ago some Advertisers attempted to do Yahoo Biz Opps, a lot of us ran them, and a lot of us got phone calls from attorneys with a (generous) verbal warning. And the Yahoo offers vanished quickly thereafter and haven't been back.

If you think about it, that's pretty damn impressive on their part.

Advertisers will probably just bounce around using some other big name companies. You don't really need to use "google" to make the lander convert. There are tons of other "big name" companies out there you can misuse until they slap you on the wrist. Google was a good name to use though because everybody sees them as "oooh so great"... LOL! I can't stand them. But that's just me. :|
