I guess I'm just oblivious to web news but I just realized that ask bought dictionary.com/thesaurus.com/reference.com a few months ago and has now turned them into an utter advertisement cluster fuck. They've gotta be banking huge from the adsense blocks. Any remotely high dollar word doesn't even display the definition above the page break. Maybe I just took offense to it because I'm envious of the adsense money they're probably rolling in.
