We all have fat juicy goals that we are reaching for. For a lot of people like me it's quitting the day job. Other catz on here already work for themselves and are looking to step up to 'really, really rich' status.

Don't tell me what you want to do. Tell me what you are working towards right now. Post your goal and maybe a few words on how you plan to pull it off. This should be a good little exercise to pound this stuff into the subconscious. Just think about how funny it will be when we are all kicking ass and pissing all over the people at earners forum performance-wise.

I'll start by speaking about it in the present tense.

I, guysmy ;) really feel badass now that I quit my day job. It took tons of hard work... slews of arbitrage sites, keywords, affiliate marketing pages with slick copywriting, useful content sites and the like but man was it worth it.

I'm still working hard because I enjoy it. However, I have much more time for writing music, recording and hooking up with hoes now that I have all this passive income. :love-smiley-086:

My goal right now is to get my income up to about $2400/month (net), which is around what it will cost to cover a new home mortgage here in Northern VA. Our family is stuffed to the max in our current townhome and we've been stuck here since the real estate boom caused housing prices to grow to obnoxious levels. Finally it has started to take a down turn, so by mid next year it would be killer to be making $2400/month (net) consistently to afford a mortgage on a single family house.

My goal right now is to get my first site up and going. It's been alot of work, and will require a lot more work to get it completed, but I'm hoping to have it done and launched by 2007.

Would like to reach 15k/month in diversified profit by the end of this year... being diversified is the hard part for me.

For this year: pay for college, get my own place, and save up enough to invest in more search marketing.

I hate the term "passive income" it sounds way too much like those get rich quick "systems" they sell on TV for $40, and then upsell you on a $5k-$10k seminar.

Working towards right now.... well..

Turning internet affiliate marketing into a secondary income stream.
(Got a nice primay income stream AKA job, working for the man, being a wage slave, etc..)

Doing for that?

- Updating my content sites
-- design
-- content (duh)
-- affiliate links, etc
- Starting a few more
- Starting into PPC arbitrage
- Coding my own solutions for some sites

My goal is to get my bank account up to $4M within 2 years and live comfortably off of a 4% APY savings account... but I will most likely diversify into stocks, real estate, and other investments as well.

and what are you doing for that RIGHT NOW?

Who me?

Anything I can... ppc affiliate marketing, regular websites, ppc arbitrage (just starting), investing... anything

As long as I increase my savings by a decent amount every month, I am happy. Maybe one day, when the market gets hotter (like websites selling for multiple years earnings, like traditional businesses), I can sell some income producing websites to get me to that goal faster.

I want to be making enough money so by time I graduate college I can afford to get my own midtown manhattan apartment and do this fulltime, rather then getting "a regular job".

I need to net a minimum of 5k a month todo so, I have around 1.5 years to reach my goal.

To get there, im mainly focusing on affiliate marketing, but I have a super niche content site that will be up in the next two weeks.

Wish me luck

That is quite impressive Beau, can you enlighten us the % that your income currently comes from at the present moment, for example, is 60% of your income from ppc aff marketing? etc.. I'm sure this would be quite motivating for the rest of us.
