For thos running ringtones, please read below and make sure these changes are made to your ringtone campaigns. Changes must be made by August 3rd.
AT&T has made the decision that for off-portal content providers & aggregators that have customer facing sites, sales, and promotional entities…any AT&T registered trademarks or official branding logos MUST BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY. All aggregators and content providers that offer services to AT&T customers are to reference available services on their sites, promotional entities as: “AT&T” in plain text.
“AT&T” can be presented as such, but no use of logos and or AT&T trademarks are to be used for off-portal services.
No reference to AT&T should imply that AT&T is the provider of the product. You may only promote that your products can be purchased by AT&T subscribers.
