I bought one of these from Hoot33 a couple weeks ago.

Communication: 5/5 Hit me up on skype, asked some questions, sent me a file with some choices, I picked one with "only" 590 exact volume and an estimated CPC of $20+. Since I don't usually build adsense sites, I picked a domain I knew I could monetize in other ways, even at the low search volume.

Time: 5/5 Took about a week to get everything done but I was appraised of status frequently. Within turn around time he told me when I supplied log in info.

Quality: 5/5 Here's where it stands out. Honestly, this site is better than most of the sites I build. All the necessary pages for adsense (TOS, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Contact), well SEO'd, bunch of great plugins I know about but rarely take the time to install (social stuff, etc). Checked all 5 articles, passed copyscape 100% and nice quality writing, lots of LSI keywords in there.

I paid $120 for a site that I can either rank and earn or rank and flip, either way, earn or flip, I'll recoup my investment many times over. And it should rank quickly and easily.

Highly recommended, I'm going to try and order one of these per month to build up some assets with minimal time investment. Hope you don't get too busy.

Glad you're happy with it man, I really try to set my sites apart from other people selling low quality niche sites. How do I do that? Through plugins which Ive purchased developer rights for or created myself and through fantastic content.

Hey man, like I said that site only had 2-5 articles on it. But I did a few off page seo services to it as well, A couple of fiverr gigs and it was at number 1.

These are wordpress blogs, which means everything is theme based. I dont do anything you wouldnt be able to do.

I wouldnt feel comfortable charging for that service as it is very simple and like I said, you could do it your self no problem.

I'll send you a few more sites though.
