Auto redirect based on user's phone carrier

Assuming all of the traffic to a specific site comes from mobile browsers, is there a way to set up a jump page that automatically redirects each user based on his carrier? For example, I want AT&T users to be sent to page1.html, Verizon users to be sent to page2.html, etc.

I do think I remember seeing a class or function to get the 'type' of phone, so should be possible unless I'm having drunk hallucinations.

ip2location has mobile carrier fields in one of the databases they offer.
