Automaticlly Convert to Affiliate Links?

Lets say I have a site

www.abc.com and there are links on this site to www.xyz.com/constantly-changing-product-names

Is the a way to force all links to www.xyz.com/constantly-changing-product-names to convert to affiliateurltrackinginformation+www.xyz.com/constantly-changing-product-names

I have seen this done on forums like if I link to ebay.com/anything. It will automatically insert the forum owners affiliate information in to it.. I have been trying to find out how this is done and where I can read up on it more. Thanks
