Automating blogger and wordpress creation

Hi guys,

Is there a software that automates the creation of Blogger and Wordpress blogs?

The blogs will NOT be on my own server. They will be on blogspot.com and wordpress.com

Ideally, I would like to be able to enter a list of a few keywords and maybe even have a template preselected and the software would create the accounts.

I know I would probably have to type captchas and maybe have yahoo or gmail accounts ready already. But is there any software that comes close to this?
