A. Any links that go back to your website will help with SERPS. However there are lots of factors that determine the SERPS so no guarantees can be made. Your site should enjoy some more traffic from Twitter & Facebook themselves as well which could help.
Q: Can I have this link juice going to more than one account?
A: Sure can, let me know if one is not enough and we will work something out.
