Average lead to sale ratio on dating offers ?

I would like to know what the average lead to sale ratio is for dating sites. I am currently promoting an offer in the UK through facebook and it's working pretty good. Now a couple of weeks ago I got an email from the affiliate manager for the offer and he said they like to have a 10% lead to sale ratio.

My current lead to sale ratio is around 5% and this is after some tweaking because before it was a lot lower.

So ... what lead to sale ratios are you guys seeing ?
 


LOL 10%, that's very hard to get on social media traffic. On true I can get by with a 4.5% lead to sale ratio.
 
What ages are you targeting? I've been out of dating, but go for an older demographic if you want to keep the advertiser happy.
 
10% is high as hell and they want it the same day doesn't matter if they pay a month later

This is true. I only target people over 30.

It's not meetic but thanks for the heads up because I just applied for their french program.

@silentbob: go for Be2 FR, better CR and you'll have less problems regarding lead2sale.
 
I'm running Be2 FR at the moment but the payout is rather low so I wanted to test meetic. Conversionwise Be2 is great though. I just don't understand why the payout is so low in france (1.5euro). For Be2 NL I get 6 euro per lead.

hehe do you remember a couple of months ago there was an ad "Masturberen beu ?" that was me ... crazy CTR but the AM saw it and kindly asked me to not use that ad anymore.:ugone2far:
 
Hahaha, now that's thinking outside of the box ;-)! How much leads do you push daily for Be2 NL and have you ever had complaints of them?

Not that many actually. I can't seem to get enough traffic from facebook NL. I get like 5 times more traffic from facebook BE but most of the BE dating programs suck.

I guess that other social media sites such as hyves are more popular in the Netherlands.

Never had any complaints from Be2.
