Hi People,

Now this is one of my first posts on this forum and I have been a lurker for a long while. I don't usually give golden info like this away for free but with it being the gift giving time of year and to be fair I have had one hell of a year, I am going to give you all a golden gift that can make you $1,000s per week, even a day and more, even if your a newbie.

Believe me this is easy money, so I hope you run with this!

Ok,

There has been a few great posts on here over the past months regarding the Offline Gold phenomenom (200k a year job) (100k a year job) etc. I am sure you have seen them. Its basically about how us Internet Marketers can make a killing with offline biz owners and online promotion. This is where I make my money and how I went from the full time rat race to my own business in 2 weeks.

Forget the credit crunch, this is the perfect time to hit this and ill explain why.

All you need is an Autoresponder account (I use aweber)

Now as internet marketers we all know the power of email marketing and the fact having a list can make you a full time income online easily. This is generally common knowledge to all levels of IM. Now imagine how much money a local business owner could make if he too had a list of happy customers and potential customers.

Here is a true real life scenario/example,

I have recently taken on a new client (A Local Gym/Fitness Centre) The owner of the gym is a very good business man as he has 3 gyms throughout my county/state. I approached this guy while I was working out and asked him if he had any special offers going out this xmas/new year. He explained that they were sending a postcard out to all gym members that had cancelled there memberships or stopped coming to the gym.

The promo postcard was a months half price if they decided to take there membership back up again in Jan. Not a bad idea I thought as gyms and fitness centres go crazy in Jan with New Year resolutions and all. But in conversation I commented that the mail drop must of been pricey as he was sending this out to alot of people all over the county/state.

He explained that it was pricey but they generally made there money back because it worked. I then basically said to him this exact sentence:

"You know, there is a way you could do that for peanuts compared to the price you are probably spending meaning your profits would rocket!"

This was my IM Knowledge kicking in. I proceeded to ask if he even had an email list/database?

He explained that they collected emails on signup forms but never did anything with them.

Then I explained what I did, and that through email marketing he could set it up so he could email all of his existing clients, previous clients and even potential clients at a touch of a button. In fact this is exactly what my service offers and what I do for many businesses locally. The money is in the list as he was finding out the expensive way.

He was intrigued and asked me to call him that evening!

Now I called the guy that evening and fully explained the benefits of email marketing and why doing it through me and aweber was the correct way of doing it and with my IM knowledge I could make this a completely hands off experience for him.

He was excited by the prospect at this point and asked what I would charge for this. This is the killer here:

I told him all this would cost to setup would be:

Setup Fee: $1500
Monthly Fee: $250

This service included as many people as he wanted in his database but also emails would be sent out whenever he wanted to his entire list. I would manage the lot so it was completely hands off profit for him and his team.

Needless to say he gave me a cheque for $1750 the next day in the gym $1500 setup + $250 first monthly fee.

Now again this is too easy because all I have done for him is added a list to my aweber, added an optin form on his site to collect new optins where he is giving away a 6 month membership voucher for people looking to join the gym and you have to enter your name and email to enter. (He was blown away by this part!!!)

He now frequently sends out all sorts from tips and advice on workouts, times of classes and sessions they carry out as well as vouchers whenever he wants. Needless to say that will be $250 a month in my pocket for the rest of his business life no problem.

The best part is he does all the work, I have him write the emails, he sends me new email optins in the format I want and my job is to simply copy and paste and add a few graphics sometimes. But my service is making him a lot of money!

This is really so easy. The beauty of this system is, offline biz owners are blown away by this and have never rarely been exposed to email marketing and autoresponders so by explaining it in terms they understand,

More Profit - Qualified Buyers/Customers - Completely Hands Off

Where could you get the same at this price?

It is a no brainer for any biz owner and the fees I mentioned above are a bargain. I have clients paying more than that and less in some cases as I price depending and what I want to charge. The referals from that client alone have secured me more than $7000 new business and $1500 a month residual.

Think of all the businesses that would thrive with this system, gyms, restaurants, auto repairs and car sales, cleaners, therapists etc. the list is endless and the profit so high for just basic IM knowledge

This is so simple to do and best of all can be outsourced which is what I do now most of the time so my time can be used to get more clients and more money. :xmas-smiley-016:

Bring on 2009!

Take action,

P.S Imagine the profit in upsells after you have a client! SEO, NEW WEB DESIGN, ARTICLE MARKETING, SOCIAL BOOKMARKING etc. I let you mull that over! ;)

Ok, no worries!

My ebook in my sig is not this system, its something completely different even though it is in the same niche. I will for that matter remove it from my sig as I was giving some good info not pushing a product!

Thanks for the heads up,

You could take this idea a step further and charge a lot more than $250/month for your services. Surveying his customer base and providing new web services/sites that compliment the survey results will get you some big results.

I have 3 gyms I service and each started out with basic localized SEO services, but grew to customer relationship management that is driven by monthly survey promotions.

How do you drum up new business... door to door?

Buy a review/directory plugin from a certain someone, outrank the gym for their main keywords, then send them a proposal with what you think would work for them in the market.

It's 1000% easier to close a big dollar retainer once you outrank them than it is to cold call without any real data to show them.

The idea is to show them that 1) you CAN actually outrank them for their own major keywords, and 2) show them how they can ride your site's coat tails to profits. The nice thing about this strategy is you have multiple businesses you can go to if the ones at the top don't want to play ball.

Outrank as many as you can, odds are damn good that SOMEONE you outrank will want to place his info on your LP.

Depends on how you originally set up your account. (things have changed there recently). However, I've imported lists there in the past. Had to explain myself and then the folks DID have to opt in.

Gogetta how do you stay on top of who has an active and inactive membership with the Gym? I imagine you would not want to be blasting "come back" emails to members who are active at the gym.

Just use 2 different lists, one who are members and one who were members.

or worse... showing those with current memberships the deals they could be offered if they quit! thanks for the post, similar things have been posted, but the price point is what caught my attention... and renewed interest.

UPDATE: good point rook - but then as people move from one list to the other - i think an initial campaign is easy to run - it's monitoring who is a member and no longer that becomes more of an issue.

radio has my point, the list would be ever changing.. Does amember let you edit the lists? I guess you could do adjustments once a month or something, but I dunno how aweber works/?
