He doesn't lift conventional weights... but it does seem he has an affinity for heaving 180-ish lb body shaped weights.
 
I'd be surprised/impressed if he achieved that amount of muscular hypertrophy through body resistance alone. And yes, I've used some big words to convey the idea that my opinion might mean something.
 
This guy obviously did resistance training, but you'd be surprised at freaky stuff some people can do that never lifted. My grandpa worked on cars. He'd have someone sit on a bumper and pick the fucking engine up out of the car (most people use cherry pickers). To this day I still think he was part drunk superman.
 
everyone can say what they may, but working out in gangster jeans is pretty gangster. can't do that shit in a real gym.

Serge Nubret trained only on light weights. And I have seen a lot of other BBers who train on light weights and managed to get a good Body.

Oh, did I mention that all of them are black.

You guys forget that many black guys just are genetically blessed in terms of muscles. One of my black friends in high school (He was from Ivory Coast) would eat McDonald's and shitty food all the time with zero exercise but he was fucking ripped naturally. Pretty sure the guy in the OP was already somewhat ripped even before he started exercising.
 
I'd rather hit the gym 4x a week for ~1 hour each then spend 4 hours playing around on the playground every day. If you have shit to do then heavier weights = faster gains its just common sense.
