I had a design client, felt he doesn't need to pay the final payment he owes me, avoids my emails and IM's.

Anyone have a good email template I can use to order a payment or legal action? It was a pretty penny and I don't want to see my other half not paid. Anyone help?
 


I would think you would finally get used to having your shit handed to you on a platter. Do what you do every other time... say, "shit man".
 
No, I am the designer myself. I used paypal as he paid me, I sent the psd not the coding and I never heard back. I looked at his site and he got it coded and it's up and he just doesn't feel like paying the rest of the fee I guess which is not good for me.

Just curious because I have gotten the first payment just not the second been a few weeks too.
 
dont really have any advice for you, but go resell the layout dirt cheap to anyone who wants it
sell it for 5 bucks if someone is willing to pay for it, as long as people start using it and it's no longer unique

Yes and give it away on every fucking webmaster and design forum on the net, then write an article about it with link to download and dig the article... Then finally when your done doing that and you find your stil not satisfied, hunt him down and stick the pen from your graphics tablet in his left eye.
