Starting August 31st Thumbplay and Dada will no longer be paying out on all Sprint and Nextel leads.
Starting 9/1 Sprint/Nextel will be auditing every carrier jump page for non-compliance with MMA standards. If any of these items below are missing from your carrier jump page our advertisers will NOT be fully compensated, or compensated at all for that lead. This will force our advertisers to charge back those leads, or worse, drop Sprint & Nextel entirely like Thumbplay just did.
In addition, any carrier jump pages pointing to Sprint/ Nextel/ Boost, the carrier landing pages must have the following elements:
1. Include the price and term in the header.
2. Include the following terms and conditions in the footer:
a. Stop information: “You may cancel any time by text messaging the word STOP from your mobile phone. Standard carrier charges may apply”
b. Help info: For help text HELP or refer to the homepage for phone or email.
c. Billing Method- Charged to Phone Bill or deducted from prepaid balance

Nextel and Boost users will receive text services only. You may cancel any time by text messaging the word STOP from your mobile phone. Standard carrier charges may apply.
