Does anyone know of a fully integrated B2B Emailing system?

For instance, it has business records/lists and then you can email them all within one closed system so that you don't have to worry about buying the lists/delivering the emails?

Please let me know if you know of anything like this. Thanks

Marketfish was acquired and shut down but did exactly that really well - but you might want to check out NextMark - Tools for Media Planning, Media Sales, and Ad Operations

Just expect very high CPMs

I didnt know that excattaregt allows you to mail to purchased lists or even provided them
