Your site will simply become one of the Link farms on their list if somebody "paying" will be in need of a backlinking services. Try to find where this all goes, there is some service this guys are offering, maybe not on their site a different one.

I can certainly tell that this shit is absolutely not for free, it takes away your link juice. You get 100 inbound links your site produces 150 outbound links vice versa.

Like the saying "You get what you've paid for"
