I use to rock climb when I was young, but just small stuff like Tallulah Gorge and always with a rope and with some belaying me.

Only Dano was speed climbing Bears Reach, which is 5.8 and Alex is free soloing 5.12+. Yeah, I just name dropped him...humble kid, freaking inhuman when it comes to pulling down. Climbs a lot of first ascents in Patagonia with my bff from grade school, they're both fucking insane, I hope that they are the exception rather than the norm and keep breathing for a long time.

This. I can easily climb a 5.8 but even with ropes I couldn't pull the moves necessary to complete a 5.12+. This kid just has incredible talent.

That's the chick that was raped in Egypt.

I think that kid'll definitely end up dead at some point. It probably won't even be his fault, just the odds are against him. All it takes is one slip, a loose rock, etc.., he's climbing mountain after mountain, it's just a matter of time.
