Very dissapointed... after 1 year I've been banned from adsense for no apparent reason and no warnings.

The only thing I can think of is that a family member of mine was banned (he received a large amount of clicks from Eastern Europe, we still don't know why, and google decided to ban him for it)

So now not only did they ban him, they banned me a year later presumably for having the same home address or something?

That's the only thing I can think of.

Here's the message:

"Our specialists have found that your account is related to an account that was disabled for violations of AdSense policies."

Related? wtf does that mean. Shit.

Anyway, what's the best CPC ad company I can go with besides Adsense?

I was banned years ago... I think I had about $1.25 in my account. Still have no clue
as to why but I'm pretty sure it had something to do with the fact that I stopped
spending $5k per month at AdWords for my business advertising.

But anyways I'm glad because it forced me to go with cpa and pay per sale programs
and I don't think I could have made as much money with Adsense that I am with those.

I agree. The forest needs to burn down for new kinds of trees to grow. I don't doubt that I'll make more with affiliate marketing, CPA, etc. And I'll probably look back in a year thankful that I was banned. Although I had a lot more than 1.25 in my account lol.

However, a few of my sites really were built for CPC.

I'm thinking of trying the new Bing/Yahoo network. I know it's not as good as adsense but I think they're trying to copy adsense these days, so it'll be close hopefully. Some of my niche sites got 15% click rate and lame-ass banner ads, so you can probably see why I'm eager to get something back up there.

If you can remember the names/products, why don't you reproduce the lame-ass banner ads that were doing so well and get the commission directly.

^ That

You can either get a couple pennies for a click or a nice commission when
the customer buys the products.

Ok I'll try to contact them directly. These banners are common on a lot of sites in my niche so I was able to locate 2/3 of the banners that I usually saw on my site. I clicked thru from other sites just now and found where they go. I'll poke around tomorrow to see if they will give me a direct deal or something.

A lot of advertisers on Adsense also have affiliate programs...
Check CJ, Shareasale, Avantlink, etc...

If not then I'm sure you can find replacements at one of the networks.

Adsense is an easy way to monetize, but far from being the most profitable way.

You can choose your niches more wisely now. See if there's anything to promote for your niche first.

Try talking to advertisers directly if they're willing to buy your traffic. A lot of people do this with local services too.

You can view this is an obstacle or as an opportunity.

Adsense is good but certainly not the best. Maybe now you can try moving up to bigger and better networks.

Try going for media buys, ppv, etc.

Oldlord

your absolutely correct

if you have the ability to generate traffic and clicks create sites and sell ads directly to end user

Just forget about the shitty adsense. I have same problem too. I have given up registering accounts and still gets disabled by them. Chitika is the one quite good but now I am not doing any ppc stuff. I would like to start ecommerce site.

Dude! Never giveup..:) I suggest you Adotic Media is a leading advertising network. I am not familiar with this. Just i did google search and suggested to you. Hope this will helpful to you...

Good Luck!

Adsense actually pays much less than other methods. Look into CPA offers or advertise some affiliate links. Don't forget to build a email list to soak up some email addresses that you can market to later.

Don't give up! Adsense is really not that special anyways. It's their loss!

I will try the network you said since it is new one which I Heared in Wicked Fire....!

why don't you contact Adsense and explained that you are not the same person they have banned in the previous year

Hi its really pathetic, you can not get back in using your information. I could suggest if you have a friend that would let you use his/her info to create a new adsense account that would work. Do some research on this forum and hope you will get many methods to get back in the battle.

Thanks !!! :)

I am banned from adsense for a few time as well. Just move on to pay per sale and cpa program. Definitely you can make bigger income than adsense if you target the right keyword. :-)
