I want to try something a little difference. Everybody that has worked with me, knows I am honest so allow me some latitude here....

I have a PR4 Blog in the Over 50 Niche. I would like to accept ONE guest post that is:
1. Family Friendly
2. Not Floggish
3. Suitable for the Niche
4. Not about insurance
5. 2 - 3 links to your website are fine.
In exchange, I would like either:
1. A decent (and you know what that means) ability to submit a guest post to an equally strong blog in a niche where an insurance article would be relevant. I am licensed, and will submit an informative article with a couple of deep links back to ANOTHER website (not the one you post on).
This blog/website should not be the same one you are linking to in your post.
OR
2. A perm text link from a page that is not more than 1 click from the front page of a minimum PR4 website in the insurance/finance/save money niche. That page needs to have some rank too. The front page is better, since your post will stay on the front page of the blog for a week or so.
And no, I don't think PR is everything, but if you don't have it, I'd like you to be able to make a case for your trade.
I offer a strong place to post, so pleaseed be an established, professional member who can submit interesting content.
