Haha, a while back I was considering selling social bookmarks and was going to call it "Bookmarking Bazinga". I even made a header for my Wufoo form:

I think Ill be safe from any litigation as I am not selling wall coverings or carpets or rugs or anything like that!

Also there would be no precedent, unless Trey from Sex and the City sued you for your avatar!
