I hear that there is a good up and coming network called Motive Interactive..........but thats just what I hear, I haven't used them yet

I like the owner at Ads4Dough - thankfully they changed that old layout, lmao. I think their payouts are lacking a bit if you ask me.
I really really like GetAds (break off from CPAEmpire). They don't have many offers, but, they have good payouts and are really friendly. http://www.getads.com/

ads4dough is a highly respected emerging network. You can trust that Smaxor will do right by people. Not many networks or people in this industry will do that. Jason is a good person. As long as a good person is behind a network youll see good things out of the network.

Jason's a good person, but he's had a few issues with AdExhibit lately.
Nothing against him, but you want to be sure you're on safe ground before hopping on board.
We're gearing up for some big changes over the Xmas period down my way. Go from being solely in house stuff to actually being a network. Tinkering around with the back end n what have you at the moment... Although it looks like we're aiming more towards the domain-parkers than the PPCers and link-baiters with our setup.

I got my votes in for Aquasis and Ads4Dough. Both know how to treat their affiliates and go above and beyond.
Aquasis is a little lesser known (hence no one submitted it until now) but certainly not "new on the scene" (owner).
