Best network for Advertisers? Don't care about costs

Point blank. Looking for the best network to join that will generate the highest volume of sales. The promoted product will be dietary supplement (fat burner, weight loss, metabolism booster, etc).

- $30-$45 commission per sale, 60 day cookie.

- Don't care about the joining cost or monthly cost. Only interested in high sales volume (obviously sale volume depends on a lot of variables. Asking which ones you have the most success with).

Most likely going to join CJ but wanted to get a couple other opinions.

Depends on what you are offering.

Clickbooth and Neverblue would be my top 2.

But if it's bizop, maybe c2m.
 
basically, throw darts and see which one sticks. No one here has taken a nutrition product (or any product for that matter) to multiple affiliates and had success at one more then the others?

Do they pay if I don't have existing traffic? Just wonder. I'm looking to monetize my non-existing traffic.
