Okay guys,

I have a simple $7 product that I am thinking of selling. What would be the best payment processor for this type of business model? I could go with paypal, but that will be inconvenient for people who want to pay with their credit card. What to do? I don't think clickbank would accept my product.

Check with 2CO if they will accept your product. They take high % and initial $50, but even for paypal it's worth it as a fraud firewall.

I would be willing to bet the bulk of your orders will come through paypal. If you want something quick, easy to setup, and free you can setup google wallet. Once things start rolling and you see money in the product you can setup authorize.net to accept credit cards right on your site for $20/month plus fees.

Paypal has low fees and is easy to set up. I wouldn't suggest authorize.net in the beginning

If it's a virtual object you can try gumroad.com and paypal for people what don't have a credit card.

If it's physical, maybe give Stripe a shot. Been using them for sometime and they are fucking awesome. The fees are low too. Or you can use Google Checkout 2CO. But I have not used them so far, so I can't entirely vouch for them.
