Best Place Online to Find Someone to Create a Custom FLV Player?

I've been posting on a bunch of forums trying to find someone who can create an FLV player for me and all I get are a bunch of idiots saying they can do it, then backing out.

Can anyone recommend any good Flash sites/forums for hiring somebody to do this? My budget isn't big.

PS Don't even waste your time dickrolling me. Not gonna work.

Just checked out FlowPlayer - looks great. But I don't have the time to learn how to implement my own design into it, etc. I'd rather just find someone who can turn my PSD file into an FLV player that functions how I want.

its interesting you said "flv player" because FLV Player is probably the most popular and the easiest to skin. Hell even I managed to figure it out and I have absolutely no skills at flash.

Slice up the button, edge and progress bar images and follow that tutorial.

That's just the reality of this business. If you can't find someone to do something for you, you gotta figure it out on your own.

@Deliguy, checked that out. Does seem pretty easy. But $249? I'd rather just pay an individual person to knock it out for me.

I used to create custom players all the time but got board of doing it, if your looking for a cheaper solution but less flexability but full source code you can advance upon check out this.
