thanks folks. Real Estate is a great way to diversify (from online ventures) and to shelter more of your online income from uncle sam. I do have properties in hand but I'm looking to get a bit more aggressive in this buyers' market.

Anyone investing in the Vegas market? I love the Vegas scene and apart from ASW, I'm planning to make more trips there.
