Traffic Travis has a decent free version. I think the professional version is like $40 bucks but you can do a lot w/ the free version. Another site that I like is SPYFU.

SEO Power Suite is pretty good for this; might be able to do that with the free trial - not sure though.

SEO power suit is one of the best tool that can easily recognize and will evaluate that how websites are working and performing too...I personally use this tool and this is really best..

Maybe not the best for all purposes but I like SpyFu.

Market Samurai is ideal but any of the software mentioned above will be able to check and compare rankings. MS was the first piece of SEO software that I used which is why I suggest using it.
