Not sure if this guy is still operating. The Hub and Squid pages delivered were not very good. Content was clearly written by someone who does not know English very well. The anchor text in the backlinks were not what I asked for, in fact the URL of the site and the Name of the site were included as nofollow links in the content, which makes no sense to me at all. One of the sites is commercial (they sell blinds), but there were competitors' ads all over the content of the Hub/Lens. I sent several complaints about the content, the links, and the presence of competitors but I haven't seen any changes in a month. He keeps promising changes, but there's nothing. I've asked for a refund at this point, but doubt I will see it.

Sorry, but the OP is not delivering professional services or support. And yes, I have been in communication with the OP 8 times via PM before posting this. I ordered on 2/10, sent in my first round of complaints on 2/18, and nothing has changed since.
 
The OP has delivered an acceptable product for the Hub and Squid pages as of this date. eZine articles are pretty good. It seems that if you use the OP for this sort of project, you should expect to have to submit revisions, and there's no guarantee that your revisions will come in a timely manner. However, it also seems that the OP is true to his word and will eventually deliver a product that you are happy with.

Thanks for the honest review steve. I have been working on your lenses some times and due to massive orders i could not get back earlier. Usually i am fast and my work is consistent. Check your PM, i hope you like it :)
