Best way to get a traffic surge from AdWords?

I'm trying to ramp up the speed at which I get impressions. Average position is 4-5, and I'm above the lowest bid for most of my KWs (have 150 of them or so). I tried quadrupling my daily spend and turning on accelerated spending, didn't do anything.

All my keywords are exact match, should I add some broad match terms? What else can I do?
