who is using Bidvertiser either as an advertiser or an publisher?

How's their traffic, their CPC, the volume etc.?

I started to sign up for them to try with arbi once, but when I got to the bid prices I cancelled. They wanted $1+ for keywords that I could get for $.30 on overture. They still send me fucking e-mails asking me to finish my signup.
