Does anyone know where you can find these? And roughly how much they run?

When I do things, I visualize them first... I usually go through shitloads of paper doing this, and its hard designing and taking notes on a small piece of paper.

Like you know back in high school (for the young ones :) )
how there were 2 boards side by side? Just one of those...

I'd guess they are probably 5ft wide or so...
Help me out and Ill show you a video of my girlfriends reaction when she comes home and there is a huge whiteboard in the living room

Haha, I got the do-er-urself from home depot...

4'x4' High gloss board was $67.50

4 pieces of trim for the frame @ $2.89/ea

Total project cost: $79.06

Was really easy to do, and the girl liked it :)

I'll be out at ASU in a few months... You near Tempe?


ps- if you get the board that is $35 for the 4'x4'... its going to absorb your marker :)

You can find this stuff dirt cheap, just do some shopping around.

My friend has a whole wall of his house that is whiteboard, it kicks ass. He had to cut it into several pieces to get it in the house. He picked it up at a local place.

Yea, I live in Scottsdale right now...

Lease went up for the house I was renting, so to help save some dough I moved in with the girlfriend (I actually didn't know her when she offered.)

She walks in, looks to her left, and sees 2 entire walls covered in whiteboard...

I'm standing there in my boxers, listening to slayer, writing weird ass words and numbers all over the place, and linking them together with lines and "bubble clouds"...

Oooooh, that would be priceless.
 
Roll up the window shade and use a grease pencil on the glass. Then, when you're done, you can throw a desk through it, like John Nash did in "A Beautiful Mind."
 
I got 2 4x8 sheets of solid white tileboard from home depot for like $10 each that I use for this.
