I had this made a bit ago and figured I'd share it.

Binaural beats are great for meditation. This one in particular is for deep sleep/lucid dreaming.

For those unfamiliar with binaural beats you need to listen to these with headphones. Toss this on your phone or MP3 player and zone out, or go to sleep listening to it. Enjoy.

I've been trying to meditate for awhile and listening to meditation type of music. The last 4 months have been crazy. I get this feeling almost every day that feels amazing. My body has a good numb type of feeling, if that makes sense. I don't know what it is, but it feels great and lasts for like 10 mins. random.

Sort of related, if you are having trouble sleeping I highly recommend the iphone app Relax and Sleep Well by Glenn Harrold (has a purple icon). It's a combination of binaural beats, guided relaxation, and hypnosis. The guy is super cheezy and when I first listened to it I couldn't get over how corny it was, but I was zonked out before I got to the end of the 30 minutes. You literally never make it to the end. I used to grind my teeth a lot at night and wake up feeling completely unrested. I did as he said and listened every night for 3+ weeks straight and it made a huge difference, now I just listen now and again. It's a free app but I do like the upgraded version better.

I'm a fan of meditation although I pretty much suck at it, I do think binaural beats and any kind of guided meditation both help a lot. There are several free apps for binaural beats that are good.

Don't know much about the subject, but when using your download with headphones, I hear a beat when only listening to one side. That's not right is it?
