The ad is not directly related to the search phrase and there is no content of value when clicking the link. And it's clearly arbitrage to get people to click on their advertiser links. In fact to get any value at all you need to search further!
This is three separate violations of Yahoo Marketing ToS.
What do you think about all this?
Personally I think they should be banned.
