do any cpa networks, like azoogle, adfinity, cpaempire, etc have any bizop email/zip submit offers? i'd rather find a network that has these offers ahead of time, instead of signing up for all of them and waiting for account approval, just to find out a week from now i waited all that time for nothing. if any of these sites do, please let me know and i'd appreciate it if you could post a link to the offers just so i could get a look at the landing page. thanks.
