Anybody signed up for Bompa's BH boot camp? I'm thinking about joining but wondering if anybody can tell me anything about it...

Bompa's been around a long time I'm sure he has good things to share. As long as it doesn't come with a huge price tag I'd suggest it. But that's purely based on him as a poster. Also I just looked at the long form lander, it seems like a bunch of pre-packaged stuff. If he wrote as lot himself he has a ton of experience as a blackhat seo.

Thanks Smax. Still trying to figure out my strategy on how to get into the game : )

Suppose it depends on what drives you man. When i started I liked beating the system and making money doing it. Out ranking CountryWide and Bank of America for the keyword "refinance" made me feel accomplishment. Really doesn't do much for me now as I know I can do it and it's a lot of work. From a purely technical stand point I'd say if you have money learn PPC. If you don't learn seo blackhat or whatever. This kind of sums it up:

You can make a lot of money with blackhat seo but honestly to do it right you need to learn to code.
You can make a lot of money with SEO but you need a lot of time.
You can make a lot of money with PPC but you need a lot of cash.

Pick one then focus on one portion of one. Like if you pick ppc choose 1 part of 1 place to advertise such as google content or search. Pick a niche you hear a lot about because you know this works. Then start your trial and error aka learning. After 1 months of hard core trial and error start reading blogs and forums. Then back to trial and error with your new knowledge. :)

Yea, Bömpa rules. Reading these guys in 8 for 3 years, I'm kinda scared what kinda camp that would be..

I appreciate the advice!

I don't have too terribly much money to spend on PPC...maybe an extra $500 a month to start out. I'm thinking BH is the way to go for me for now, til I get a bankroll. Time to start hitting the O'Reilly books. :)
