So I did an image search for "Black Monopoly" and almost pissed myself at the results:

That's just plain mean. Funny, but mean.. (and a little bit racist)..but still funny.
 
I don't think it's racist or maybe it's making fun of both races so more accurately, it just negates it's self.

If you're black you're going to do something that get's you put in Jail
If you're white you're going to assume that every black person should be in jail
