Bollywood Ringtone

I was reading this article and thinking that there has to be a way to make money selling bollywood ringtones (unless of course they are copyright issues)

But India currently has 270 million mobile phone users and growing and bollywood songs are extremely popular. Has anyone tried out this niche?
