Some genres to describe Bonobo might be lo-fi, downtempo, triphop, etc.
If you like that try the Ninja Tunes XX 20 year anniversary 6 disc boxed set that just came out.
Ninja Tune XX
If you like this kind of music then a lot of the artists on Ninja Tune should float your boat, though some of it gets a fair bit harder...

Also consider listening to the weekly Solid Steel radio show which is Coldcut and Ninja Tune's show on KissFM, great way to discover new acts...

Diverging from this a bit, but still low-fi, chill, lounge, jazz, hip hop, R&B, House, etc. is Gilles Peterson's Worldwide show every week on BBC1 and his international show.
If you like the loungy stuff, you might also consider the St. Germain des Pres Cafe series, the 10 year 10 disc box set is exceptional but I think there's also nearly 20 discs in the series.
Along the same lines is the Hotel Costes series, also with a 10 year 10 disc box set that is superb.
