Bose QuietComfort Headphones or 5.1 Surround?

I have the Bose Quietcomfort and I think they're great for getting work done, plus it doesn't disturb my neighbors. Only problem is the battery only lasts 35 hours.

+1. Wearing headphones day in and day out during work is terrible for your hearing. This is because of the higher sound pressure vs speakers.
