Bought dropped domain, inherited google account, adsense / adwords

Hi,

I recently bought a dropped domain, and have since set up a catch all to forward all mail to an account.

I've since discovered theres a google account for this domain, as well as a facebook ads account.

Now, can anyone tell me the following:

Are there any legal repurcussions over taking control via resetting passwords on these accounts? as they are based on email addresses, and I now own the email address, do these accounts belong to me or not?

lets just say I reset the passwords, and gain access

Are there any precautions I should take when using these accounts, in particular the adsense account, which may be of use to me at some point as a backup account.

I've also since had free 100$ adwords codes which I have though about using.

FYI: I've had the domain about 6 months.
 


how is it fraud? this is what I would actually like to get to the bottom of.

It would be fraud if I were taking money that's not mine. However, balances are zero, and I own the email addresses/domain. It's mine... ?
 
wouldnt matter if these accounts got banned,

regarding contacting google: im not worried what google thinks, just the law

Just because you now own the domain does not make the accounts yours or give you any right to make modifications to them, that is why. I think it could potentially fall under impersonation as well.
 
well you did buy the domain and its not like your taking their money, Now could you get in trouble for privacy issues ? Yeah
