Considering that women are even more obsessive about their tits than men are, seems like it would be a good place for bra fitting tips and what not. Do your keyword research.
Yes, I agree with Soul. There could be a bunch of potential ideas that would make this domain great. I am not sure how many searches you would have specifically for "bra police", but I would bet that there are a bunch of searches for things like "properly fitted bra" "best bras for busty women", etc...
