Breaking Legal relations with Father

My father beats me every month and makes me take injections for going sub-concious, gets my blood checked 2 times each week and he is doing this for few weeks now. For this he gets paid money from Insurance company and he has been beating me for few years now.
I want to break all legal relations with my father as I think he wants to kill me and after my money in bank account. How do I break all legal relations in India with my father?
All judges in our city takes bribes and taking case to court is not going to solve any issue, I once complained to Police and they came to my home, took INR 5k as complaint against my father charge. And after 1 month my father started beating me again, called the nurses who forced sub-concious injections into my body and he dared me to call Police now and threatens me that I will see the result.
After 1.5 years I found a job, now he beaten up me again today and now threatening me that he will call nurses again to give me injections to get un-concious. Now I want to just end my life, my mother also died 1 decade ago and he also use to beat her over small things.
And our neighbours just bang there doors when he shouts at me. I don't know what to do.
 


As you have already noted, the rule of law is weak in India. So why do legal relations even matter?

Are you over 18? If so, then just run away from home. What is forcing you to stay? Your dad is a psychopath and he also obviously murdered your mother. As your instincts have told you, you're next. Unfortunately in India it is too easy to get away with murder.

Take control of your life and leave.

You better try taking some current in your body and tell me how your experiment was for taking frustration of your mind. I will try your ideas on my father and force him into some car battery or give some money to a begger and follow-tease my father daily.
